Spectacle is a free, open source MacOS application that allows users to customize the functionality of their Mac windows with keystrokes. It's a simple utility that provides enhanced ways for users to improve their Mac workflow.
For instance, users are able to craft their own keyboard shortcuts, reorder specific windows through key presses, and split two different windows on either side of a screen. Yes, this is all without the user ever having to use their mouse.
When Spectacle is downloaded, the user has the option to start off with several default shortcuts that are very popular. Once the user gets more experienced, they're able to configure windows to any size, open two applications at a time based on preference, and resize virtually any tab.
